Introducing Ricoh Singapore’s New Managing Director

Ricoh Singapore is pleased to formally announce the appointment of Yuki Kawauchiya as Managing Director, effective 1 January 2025.
As we move into fiscal year FY25, Yuki’s leadership is set to drive strategic transformation, foster innovation, and launch initiatives that enhance operational excellence.
Under his guidance, Ricoh Singapore is entering a new phase of growth—strengthening digital capabilities, optimizing customer experiences, and forging strategic partnerships that reinforce the company’s position as a leader in workplace solutions.
Extensive Leadership Experience
Yuki is no stranger to Ricoh Singapore, having served as Chief Operating Officer since July 2024. With over 20 years of experience within the Ricoh Group, he brings comprehensive industry expertise and a strong leadership track record to his new role.
His journey with Ricoh began in Japan, with key leadership positions at Ricoh China and Ricoh Asia Pacific, where he honed his expertise in product marketing, corporate operations, and regional strategic planning. His deep understanding of market dynamics and commitment to innovation position Ricoh Singapore for sustained success.

As Managing Director, Yuki remains dedicated to operational excellence, strengthening customer-centricity, and fostering collaborative partnerships. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Yuki is passionate about drumming, enjoys spicy cuisine, and values time with his family and his two adopted cats.
